There is space to share meals and plan the day together, and a well-equipped kitchen a step up makes it easy to prepare family favourites on longer stays. A back door leads to a small enclosed outdoor seating area, a pleasant spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Upstairs, a generous main room combines a double and sofa for flexible sleeping, while a second twin room enjoys views over fields towards the sea. Skelton’s pubs, cafés, shops and eateries are within easy reach, and nearby Saltburn-by-the-Sea offers a sandy beach and Victorian pier. Further along the coast lie Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby, linked by the Cleveland Way National Trail with superb coastal walking.
