All properties: Central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder £5 per basket. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Decking with garden furniture and BBQ. Landscaped grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 7 (private). Sauna (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. A public footpath runs approximately 1 mile through fields to the village of Great Ayton with it’s range of local shops, pubs and locally renowned ice cream shop and pie shop. Or if all of that sounds just too strenuous, take the easy route and just relax in your hot tub and watch the sun glistening on the lake before heading indoors for a cosy night warmed by the wood burner.
