Situated in the old water mill and overlooking the water wheel, this two bedroom cottage is set within a cobbled courtyard and is a 5-minute drive from the main Broughton Hall Estate and the facilities there. Mill Cottage has been updated to give a truly retro feel both in design and furnishings, with bright and comfortable interiors. Step into a spacious dining area with large table and chairs and snug areas to relax and unwind in. Double doors into the living area with a cosy wood burner, TV and writing desk. A large well equipped kitchen, complete with all modern appliances, completes the ground floor. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with super kingsize beds and high quality bedding.

Outside is a communal cobbled courtyard with seating and a beautiful landscaped area where the stream runs through and the original mill wheel stands, peacocks wander freely displaying their beautiful plumage.
The vast 3000-acre grounds are at your disposal, wander down through the estate and admire the imposing stately home of Broughton Hall itself, spot wildlife and birds as well as quaint bridges across the river. Within the estate are the Land Rover Experience offices from where experience days are offered (by direct arrangement with the owner) for an exhilarating drive along the land rover track and obstacles on the estate.


The popular market town of Skipton is 3 miles away and offers a host of things to do for all ages. The Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire have both passed through Skipton and the surrounding countryside in recent years. Why not bring your bike and explore some of the routes for yourself? The area is peppered with gourmet pubs serving local produce as well as hearty, traditional pub food and there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars in Skipton to choose from should you wish to treat yourself and dine out during your stay.
