The accommodation at Sayers Yard is spread over three floors and comprises an open plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a twin bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a spacious double attic room above. The kitchen is well-equipped and the cosy living area offers a wood burner, perfect for a night in. The property offers lots of charm and character with its exposed beams and wooden spiral staircase. It is the perfect holiday home for couples and families.


Whitby has many shops to suit a diversity of tastes and needs. This area of the town is perhaps one of the most cultured, and as such is littered with art galleries, photography studios, bookshops, quality sweet, chocolate and fudge shops, the famous Whitby Jet and jewelery outlets, plus many great and varied places to eat or drink.
No visit to Whitby is complete without seeing the 13th-century ruins of Whitby Abbey, one of the most dramatic and atmospheric sites on the Yorkshire Coast, or set sail to the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and visit the site where the legendary Captain James Cook lodged.

Alternatively enjoy a trip to the theatre and head to Whitby Pavilion, with its stunning sea views and spectacular shows it’s definitely worth a visit. Beach 1 mile. Shop and restaurant 1 mile, pub 50 yard
