Brookshaw Cottage is a Stone built end of terrace property dating back to 1890 and is located just outside the historic city of York. Set over two floors you enter the property into the delightful living room which offers comfortable sofas and a Smart TV giving you a perfect area to relax in.
On the same floor you have a well-equipped kitchen/dining room should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants and pubs close by. Also, on the ground floor there is the lovely family bathroom which presents a shower over the bath. On the first floor you have two good sized bedrooms, one with a plush double bed and the other with twin beds, both guaranteeing a great night’s sleep ensuring you are ready for the day ahead.
