2 steps to entrance. All on the ground floor:

Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Electric heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Small lawned garden with sitting-out area. Fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps to the decking and the property is fronted by an unfenced river, 10 yards.

Silver Bream is a traditional riverside chalet, with its own river frontage. All on one level it has an open-plan living area with large windows, perfect for sitting back and enjoying this unique landscape. You can rent a day boat or dinghy (subject to availability), or simply sit in the lawned garden and watch the many boats sail by. Situated in Brundall on the southern rivers of the Broads National Park, wildlife is in abundance. You can fish off your own quay heading (licence required). The surrounding area has something for all the family including walks and cycling, and a little further north, the superb BeWILDerwood adventure park. The coast is a short drive away where you can enjoy Great Yarmouth for a traditional seaside experience or perhaps the sandy dunes of Winterton-on-Sea with tern and seal colonies, an incredible sight. The fine city of Norwich is great for its castle, cathedral and superb shopping. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
