In a heavenly location on the banks of the River Yare, this very well appointed, detached, holiday property is ideal for a relaxing break whatever the season. It has a large decked area where you can fish or just sit and watch the waterborne craft go by, or to marvel at the wonderful sunsets. Quietly situated down a private road, it is just about a mile from Brundall with its shops and pubs. An ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, and nature enthusiasts will love Strumpshaw Fen (RSPB), 2 miles. Visit the glorious beaches and harbours along the North Norfolk Coast, and Great Yarmouth for family fun. The children will also love BeWILDerwood, a treetop adventure park, and Pleasurewood Hills theme park. Leave the car at home and take the train from the nearby station (1/2 mile), into the medieval city of Norwich with its castle, cathedral, museums, restaurants and fine shopping, 8 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.
