Set within the riverside conservation village of Reedham with River Yare running through, it’s a gateway to the miles of Norfolk Broads waterways and rich in wildlife and great fishing opportunities. This beautiful cottage is packed with charm and has a lovely sunny courtyard garden, perfect to simply relax and al fresco dine within. For cooler evenings why not relax beside the wood burner and enjoy a movie on the TV. Reedham has two great local pubs, one of which serves delicious food, alongside a café, fish and chip shop, and a railway station all within walking distance.

Great walking, cycling and bird watching are available from the doorstep, and any fishing enthusiasts will love the fact that fishing is available directly along the rivers’ edge (seasonal, license required) a short stroll away.
There are many attractions within 30 miles, including the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with activities for all ages.

Within easy reach is Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, waterside restaurants, shops, daily boat hire and river trips. Market town of Acle, 7 miles away, has cafe’s, inns, shops and supermarket. The City of Norwich, 17 miles, has two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries and plenty of cafe’s, restaurants and inns. Excellent sandy beach 14 miles. Pubs and cafe’s 800 yards.
