Just a short stroll away is the River Nar, crossed by a footbridge - popular with families for paddling and pooh sticks. A short walk through peaceful watermeadows or along a quiet lane lies Castle Acre, famous for its 14th century Priory and Norman Castle. Explore the picturesque village with its pubs and coffee houses set around a traditional village green.

Peddars Way and Norfolk Coastal Path on the doorstep. The North Norfolk Coastline; Hunstanton, Brancaster with beaches, seals, RSPB and nature reserves, Royal Sandringham Estate and Norfolk Lavender fields are 30 mins scenic drive, with the Norfolk Broads, a short distance further. To the south lies the Brecks with its evocative atmosphere and attractions
