Just a short stroll from doorstep you’ll find yourself on the beach, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves and breathtaking coastal views.
Retaining its charm and character, with cozy living space boasting wood burning stove, ideal to snuggle beside during cooler evenings, and an equipped kitchen for dining at home. The traditional steep windy stairs lead up to two bedrooms, both each enjoying sea views. Wake up to the sight of the ocean and let the fresh sea breeze fill the rooms.

At the rear is a private lawned garden, which is bisected accessed using a communal passageway, here you can relax, barbecue, or just relax listening to the sea.
Walking distance to the village shop, a welcoming pub for hearty meals and local ales, and a small amusement arcade. The nearby holiday parks welcome guests to enjoy their leisure facilities and clubhouse, some feature live shows in summer months. Excellent walking routes are available from your doorstep, and great cycling routes and trails. Traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 7 miles away, 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with a pier. Here are lots of activities including donkey rides, a fairground for both older and young children, crazy golf, model village, sports leisure centre with swimming pool and Sea Life Centre.


For a change of pace, visit Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens. Caister Castle features a classic car museum, or a day at the races gives you the option of both horse and dog racing. The city of Norwich has a Norman castle museum, theatre, excellent shopping malls, market square and plenty of eateries. Young families will enjoy BeWILDerwood at Horning, Roar Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, and Banham Zoo. Close-by is the famous Norfolk Broads National Park, daily boat hire and river trips to explore these famous waterways. Beach 100 yards.
