Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Large patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

This delightful former wash house and brew house offers a very good standard of accommodation. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working stock farm, this detached barn conversion is surrounded by quiet country lanes and has undulating countryside views, a haven to relax and unwind whatever the season. Walkers will enjoy the many local routes, and there is one from the front door to the River Waveney, which offers a mile of private river fishing, and cyclists can enjoy the national cycle route. This holiday property is ideally placed to visit the many attractions in the area. Visit Beccles, a popular market town on the southern broads, where you can watch the waterborne world go by, or hire a boat from a centre close by. Visit Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, is famous for its brewery and pier, Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Great Yarmouth, which is famous for its races and family fun. A visit to medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral, shopping opportunities and fine restaurants is also not to be missed. Beach 15 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
