Grounds with sitting-out area, garden furniture, barbecue and firepit (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 2 (private). Sauna (shared, by prior arrangement with the owner). Bike Store. A wood-burning stove keeps the canvas room warm and welcoming on cooler evenings, while rustic-chic furnishings blend effortlessly with the landscape outside. On your private deck, savour morning coffee as the world wakes, then sink into the wood-fired soaking tub with a glass of something special, or dine beneath the fading light with supper cooked over the Firepit BBQ.

Set within four acres of gardens, woodland, and a natural pond, guests can hire the private sauna for 2 or 3 hour sessions where they will have sole access to relax and unwind, or indulge in an outdoor culinary experience, cooking pizza in a hired Ooni oven under the stars, to make your stay feel truly memorable.
The surrounding countryside is quintessential Suffolk, winding lanes lead to orchards, old churches, and thatched cottages. A short drive takes you to the coast - to Aldeburgh, Orford, or Southwold - where sandy and shingle beaches, seafood huts, and local galleries await. Nearby farm shops, villagepubs, and weekend markets overflow with Suffolk cheese, freshly baked bread, and local cider.

The Historic towns of Bury St Edmunds is less than an hour away, with shops, restaurants and the famous Abbey gardens.
