Beyond the gate, winding lanes and gentle trails lead you through open fields, where the only sounds are birdsong and the breeze across the wide skies. Little Dunham with the central point of interest is St. Margaret’s Church, a largely 13th-century structure with significant 15th-century and later additions. The setting, particularly around the church, is described as serene, peaceful, and picturesque with surrounding meadows. Nearby, quaint villages invite you in with country pubs, homemade cakes in cosy cafés, and farm shops brimming with local delights.
