Rainbows End is in a fantastic location just 50 yards from the River Blackwater, ideal for couples and families wanting to explore the fabulous Essex coastline. The detached ’upside down’ house has stunning sea views from an open plan living space, it is an excellent touring base.
A large hallway leads to a bright and modern downstairs shower room, as well as two good sized double bedrooms both with wall mounted TVs.

Nearby attractions include the historic town of Maldon and the famous Hythe Quay, home to many of the remaining Thames barges. Promenade Park on the banks of the River Blackwater is a lovely day out with parks, a playground and a fantastic splash park. Stow Maries Aerodrome is located just over 10 miles away where you can explore the early days of British Military Aviation and enjoy a nice cuppa in the mess.
Burnham-on-Crouch can be found just 5 miles away, a great little town on the River Crouch, great for yachting, with its own tiny cinema as well as several pubs, restaurants and cafés along the quayside, and Mangapps Railway Museum. Beach 50 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile
