Little Windmill4 bedrooms, Sleeps 8.

Unique former mill conversion in Hindolveston sleeping eight, with two lounges, a tower staircase and a big garden, plus parking, well placed for Holt and days out on the North Norfolk coast.

No smoking. This property has a £350 security deposit.

In the peaceful village of Hindolveston, this remarkable conversion began life as a working mill and still has the tower that makes it such a talking point. With room for up to eight guests, it is a characterful base for group getaways in North Norfolk, around 8 miles from the market town of Holt and around 12 miles from the coast.
Inside, there is plenty of space to spread out. Two separate lounges on the ground floor open straight onto the garden, so you can follow the sunshine outside or simply enjoy the view. Evenings can be as sociable or as laid back as you like, with Smart TVs, a quality sound system and a piano for anyone keen to play.

The kitchen and dining room is made for shared holidays, with space to cook together and a dining table set just a step down from the main preparation area. A wet room is handy after beach days, and table football in the entrance hall adds an extra bit of fun.
Take the winding steps up through the tower and you will come to another snug area, along with a super-king bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom offering a bath as well as a separate shower.

Two further double bedrooms are tucked on the upper levels, and mornings here come with wide skies and an unusual outlook. Step out to a generous, unfenced garden where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the village calm, and there is parking for as many as six cars. From here you can visit coastal favourites such as Blakeney and Cley, hop on the heritage railway between Holt and Sheringham, or plan days out to nearby wildlife parks and family attractions.
