Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2-acre woodlands. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden, 20 yards.

Sympathetically converted and located next to the owners home, it retains much original character and has been furnished to a high standard. An ideal base for cycling or walking, and featuring its own 2-acre woodland walk. The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Aldeburgh is 10 miles. Snape Maltings Concert Hall is 5 miles.
