There is a fully fitted kitchen and the living room offers the perfect place to sit and read, watch TV or play family games. Outside is a large terrace area which is fenced off and is the ideal place to sit and relax with a book and your favourite tipple or watch the fishermen on the lake opposite.
Stonham Barns has an array of activities to suit all ages, for the children there are amusements, adventure golf, play barn and new for 2023 an AquaPark.

The two fishing lakes set in a tree-lined corner are fully stocked with a mixture of carp, tench and bream weighing up to 25lbs. If you can tear yourself from Stonham Barns, no visit to Suffolk is complete without a trip to the stunning Suffolk coast.

In 1910 Stuart Ogilvie bought the hamlet and set to transform it into a private fantasy holiday village. Today the village is just how Ogilvie envisaged it, with pretty mock Tudor houses. You can hire boats and take a trip round the picturesque six thousand acre Mere to see the islands and inlets all named by J M Barrie the author of Peter Pan where you will see statues of Wendy and Peter Pan. Every August a regatta is held on the Mere which culminates in a torchlit parade of boats and fireworks. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, the lodge on Stonham Barns promises a delightful and unforgettable escape.
