The Harwell Annexe is a modern, one bedroomed semi-detached annexe tastefully link-attached to the owner’s 16th-century cottage and set in the rural countryside of the Stour Valley in Suffolk. Enter through French doors into the main living area where you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Also featuring a dining area with table and chairs and a living area with sofa, TV, DVD player and a selection of board games. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.
Continue through to the bedroom with kingsize bed, TV and large, walk-in dressing room/wardrobe/storage area. Leading off from the bedroom is the bathroom with double shower, separate bath, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage area for coats, shoes and outdoor equipment. This leads through to an oak-framed glazed link providing a seating area, indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather, overlooking the pretty cottage garden.
Exit to the rear of the property and up some steps to a further private seating area with spectacular views across the Stour Valley. The property can accommodate someone with limited mobility as it is all on one level, with the exception of the rear outdoor seating area. A shower chair/bath lift and wheelchair can be made available, if required. Parking is available on site. The welcome pack provides information on local events, attractions and places of interest as well as pubs, restaurants and take-away
