Sea views. With fantastic views over the sea from the living room, this quaint single storey holiday home has been updated to give a beach house feel. Located on the cliff top, boasting an uninterrupted sea view, with a sandy beach and coastal path below. The small garden leads directly to cliff top with low fencing. Brecklands, located in the coastal village of Scratby, is ideal for a traditional family beach holiday, just a short walk away from steps down to miles of sandy beach. Scratbyis a well served village with a mini market and post office, antiques centre, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.

There is also a swimming pool at a nearby holiday camp in the summer season. Just 6 miles north of Great Yarmouth with its pleasure beach, fun fair, sea life centre and live entertainment and, Caistor, which has the largest private collection of motor vehicles in the UK, there is much to see and do in the area. Travel inland just a few miles and you will reach the unspoilt waters of the Norfolk Broads where day boat hire is available at or visit the historic cathedral city of Norwich, 17 miles, where you will find a magnificent castle, plus an array of interesting shops, restaurants, museums and art galleries.
