This sympathetically restored former milking parlour, is adjacent to the owners’ home, on a smallholding, and is located in an ideal position for guests wishing to enjoy a rural holiday on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. The property offers lovely views over the surrounding countryside and Nature Reserve. There are numerous opportunities close by for walkers with many footpaths, including the Cotswold Way which runs through the interesting local town of Wotton-under-Edge. For cyclists, the property is situated on the Avon Cycle Way. Wotton-under-Edge, Chipping Sodbury and Yate provide local shopping, pubs and restaurants and there are plenty of dog friendly country pubs in the nearby villages to explore. Bath, Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham and even Cardiff are well within an hour’s drive. Other local attractions include Berkeley Castle, the Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust, Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury with its many antique shops and the National Trust properties of Dyrham Park, Newark Park and Woodchester Mansion. Shop/PO 2 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
