Nestling in the village of Harvington, adjacent to the owners’ home, Cottage Retreat is a delightful, detached, period conversion bursting with character and charm. Outside there is a gated driveway providing off road parking for two vehicles. Relax in the well-stocked garden, complete with an arbour, rose garden and private patio area bound by Cotswold stone walling. This pretty village is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, and the property is situated within the village Conservation Area. Perfect for an indulgent romantic break, the holiday accommodation has been renovated to an excellent standard throughout. Ideally situated for exploring Chipping Campden,Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon, all within 10 miles, and The Cotswold Way is within easy reach for walkers, ramblers and cyclists.

Chipping Campden is one of the jewels amongst the Cotswold villages and offers an excellent choice of restaurants and inns using local produce, with antique shops and gift shops lining the high street and there is a famous music festival held in May. Broadway is a most picturesque village with pubs and restaurants, and Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon offers history, culture and leisure.
Visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the pretty market town of Evesham with its art deco picture house or take a boat trip along the River Avon.

Other places to visit include Cheltenham with its racecourse and literary festival, the Roman city of Cirencester, the cathedral city of Oxford and the pretty Cotswold villages of Kingham, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh.
There are lots of golf courses nearby including Harvington Golf (honesty box out of hours), which is within a mile, Bidford Grange Golf Course, 3 miles, and The Vale Golf and Driving Range.
