Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair and stairgate. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a natural water supply from a spring. Although one pet is allowed there is no garden, however they have access to woodlands and a field for dog walking.

Situated on a small country lane, Clifford Place Cottages (refs UK31573 and UK31585) are tucked away in a sought after location between the small village of Clifford and the hamlet of Priory Wood. The properties lie above the beautiful Wye Valley, just ¾ mile from the Black Mountain and close to the Brecon Beacon National Park. The Black and White Village Trail is also nearby, along with the delightful market town of Hay-on-Wye, with its world renowned annual literary festival held in May. The historic cathedral city of Hereford is approximately 20 miles away and offers an array of bars, shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy on a day out to the city. Canoeing and pony trekking can also be organised. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests.
