This spacious self-catering cottage sleeps up to six people and welcomes up to three dogs, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples holidaying together.
The Lincolnshire Wolds is a hidden gem, beloved for its gently rolling hills, open farmland, and picture-postcard villages. It’s a haven for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers, with miles of scenic trails right on your doorstep. Wildlife is abundant, and the views are truly spectacular, making this area perfect for relaxing getaways in every season.

The nearby market town of Horncastle is known for its antique shops, traditional pubs, and weekly markets. You’ll find local produce, cosy cafés, and welcoming locals. Just a little further afield, the vibrant city of Lincoln offers historic attractions including a world-famous cathedral, medieval castle, and charming cobbled streets lined with independent shops. Back at Katie’s Corner, the largest of the cottages at Greetham Retreat, guests enjoy a bright, open-plan living space with oak flooring, leather sofas, and a well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, an oak dining table, and breakfast bar.

There are three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms: a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, and two upstairs bedrooms, one with a double bed and another that can be either twin singles or a 6ft-wide super-king double bed – sharing a stylish ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom with a separate shower and toilet.
With its unbeatable location and modern comforts, Katie’s Corner is a perfect base for discovering the best of rural Lincolnshire
