You can access a footpath from the grounds which leads onto a bridlepath and through to the village of Donington on Bain, with its tea room, post office, village shop and pub for refreshments.

Lincoln is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, with its cathedral and castle, just two of the many attractions on offer for all the family. To the east is the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, with the market towns of Horncastle and Louth just a short drive away. There are excellent walks and cycle routes available straight from the door, and the property has a lockable bike store. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
