Travel cot and highchair available on request. External utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer (at cost, shared with other properties on-site). Front patio with sitting-out area. 2 dogs welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an avoidable step and an unfenced lake within the 4 acre grounds.
