Nestled within an estate which offers guests several things to explore. The fishing lake where you can test your angling skills. A beautifully converted barn house which offers a quiet and tranquil indoor pool which available for 1½ hours per property and is perfect for that early morning dip, also a heavenly bubbling hot tub to make the most of. The large, serene gardens are the ideal place to relax in and enjoy the wonderful views all around you.
The Lodge (UK33426) creates a very peaceful, relaxed place to stay with all amenities. Featuring lovely countryside views. Single storey, airy open plan layout offers guest a beautiful place to stay and relax and unwind. The bathroom of this very special place also has a romantic slipper bath with bubble bath provided. Lakeside Escape (UK33427) is a fantastic warm inviting space that sleeps four, or 2 adults and 2 children over the age of 10, with orangery and two en-suite four poster bedrooms both en-suite (the 2nd bedroomcan be exchanged for twin beds).

An enclosed side porch opens up into the spacious kitchen/dining room with wet room, All stone floors and a Victorian island unit. Lakeside View (UK33428) is a spacious, rustic two-storey stone cottage which sleeps two. It has a lovely open plan living space where you will find a wood burner, perfect for those cosy nights in. The bedroom which has vaulted ceiling is on the first floor, along with a roll top bath & bubble bath provided. Lake Cottage (UK33429) is a pretty single-storey, cosy stone Cottage which sleeps two people which is named the lovers cottage and is perfect for a couple’s getaway. The bedrooms have Hypnos double & kingsize beds, and there is an en-suite shower room complete with underfloor heating.
This wonderful location nestles in a lush green valley and is surrounded by Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Known as ’The Garden Town of Staffordshire’ it prides itself on the display of flowers throughout the town which can be seen from spring through to late autumn. There is an abundance of activities to occupy visitors, from the National Trust owned Biddulph Grange, with its renowned gardens designed by James Bateman featuring Egyptian temples, oriental pergolas and Scottish glens, and the outstanding Little Moreton Hall is 4 miles away.

The town has two delightful country parks to explore and the renowned Jodrell Bank Observatory, home to the Lovell Telescope, if its thrills you and your family seek then close by you will find the famous Alton Towers.
Within easy reach are the Staffordshire Moorlands, Derbyshire and the Pennines, and for a day out, and the short distance to the Peak District National Park makes this town very popular with walkers and hikers. Venture into the middle of the Peak District to discover the stunning market town of Bakewell, home to the Bakewell pudding, where you can explore the fascinating Monsal Trail, the regal Haddon Hall and the famous Chatsworth House, which features in an adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. why not visit Chester, Liverpool or Manchester, all within an 90 minute drive.
