This lovely semi-detached property, adjacent to the owner’s home, makes an excellent base for walkers, cyclists and guests looking to explore the surrounding area, with the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons within easy reach. The accommodation is all on one level and benefits from a garden with sitting-out area. Situated on the Mortimers Trail and not far from the Black and White Trail, which brings many visitors to this particular part of the Wye Valley in Herefordshire. The property is located just west of Leominster and close to the border of Wales. Close by you can visit Hay-on-Wye, famous for its books and festivals, Hereford cathedral, Mappa Mundi, Hereford racecourse, Croft Castle, Oakwood Leisure and the Cider Museum, or why not go canoeing at Hereford or Brecon? Fishing and golf can also be found in the area. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
