The master double bedroom is furnished with a superking size bed and TV. It has an en-suite with bath and overhead shower unit, WC and 2 individual wash-hand basins. The other bedroom on the ground floor is a standard double/twin room - two single zip-lock beds can be changed into a double bed and there is a shower room with wash-hand basin and WC opposite.

The large fitted kitchen/dining area has been finished with porcelain-tiled flooring and includes an island unit, and table and chairs to seat up to 10 persons, and TV. The kitchen leads through to the spacious lounge area with porcelain-tiled floors throughout and a cosy woodburner. Patio doors open out onto a good-sized enclosed garden with garden table and chairs.

There are stairs leading to the first floor with 2 standard double bedrooms both with wall-mounted TV and a shared bathroom fitted with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash-hand basin.

There is ample parking available for several vehicles. Dogs are welcome and stay free of charge.
