Situated between Lincoln and Sleaford with Grantham also not far away it makes a great base for exploring the area. Whether its days out in the cathedral city of Lincoln exploring the castle and Bailgate area well known for its many restaurants, tea rooms and boutique shops as well as cultural heritage. Grantham and Sleaford have many shops and amenities and offer weekly markets.

Belton House which is a National Trust property is 15 minutes away. Within an hour is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, Stamford, home of the Burghley Horse Trials, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, home of Just Jane the WWII Lancaster Bomber, Rutland Water and even the sandy beaches of Norfolk are only just over an hour away.
