A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches.

Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.


Each property has its own lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
