First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed with Smart TV and en-suite with two-ended jacuzzi bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil and underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard. Welcome pack. Rear garden with patio. Hot tub for 6 (private). Coarse fishing on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are charging points in the shed for an electric wheelchair/scooter.

A lovely holiday home for a family break with a private hot tub to relax in and enjoy. Just four miles from the sandy beaches of Chapel St Leonards which is a small seaside town north of Skegness. Anderby Creek is also the same distance away and with unspoilt beaches and a good cafe to enjoy is always popular for a day out. Within 20 mins drive for great family days out are Fantasy Island, Butlins as well as the traditional seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness.
With a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor Nurseries Cottage is ideal for those that are less mobile and the kitchen offers a good social area to enjoy with comfy seating as well as looking out onto the back garden and open fields to the front. Shop 2 miles, pub serving food 400 yds.
