This lovely, detached cottage offers an ideal base in which to relax or explore. With a lovely mature garden which includes a shepherds hut where you can read a book with a mug of coffee or a sitting out area where you can gaze across the fields at the sheep in the paddock next to you. The sun room on the back of the cottage is ideal all year round to enjoy the views and watch the wildlife, especially the birds in the garden. Nearby Wainfleet and Spilsby offer a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy with the east coast just 7½ miles away where you can explore miles of sandy beaches, Gibralter Point nature reserve, Frampton Marsh RSPB or enjoy a day out in Skegness with all the fun of the fairground and amusements. Inland there is the Lincolnshire Wolds, Horncastle, well known for its antique shops and the city of Lincoln with its cathedral and castle for days out. Good walks and cycle routes are throughout the area with the nearest shop and pub 2 miles.
