This beautifully presented first floor apartment with sun terrace is set in the centre of New Trend Chalet Park, a spacious and well maintained chalet park in the village of Chapel St. Leonards. The apartment is just 200 yards from a beautiful sandy beach, and close to the new observatory which boasts amazing views of the coast, an art gallery and lovely restaurant. Nearby are many excellent local pubs and restaurants, as well as lovely walks to be had both along the coast and inland.
The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 4 miles to the south and the more lively resort of Ingoldmells just 2 miles away with the fabulous Fantasy Island Theme Park and huge daily market. There are many places to visit in the area, from local brewery tours to windmills, and from zoos to ramblers’ trails in the Coastal Country Park. The owner provides lots of tourist information details and a great written local guide, and is available daily in the site office for further information. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
