This bright, warm and spacious bungalow is in the heart of a beautiful and unspoilt hilltop village, ideal as a base for touring the Cotswolds, walking, sporting activities or just relaxing.

All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With electric fire and Freeview TV with DVD player.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Conservatory.
Bedroom 1:
With twin beds.
Bedroom 2: With single bed, TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Courtyard garden with garden furniture. Private parking. No smoking or e-cigarettes. Please note: No pre-school children. There are two internal steps.

The Churn enjoys a peaceful location in the heart of Bisley, an undiscovered gem with centuries of history in its many listed buildings, an annual Ascension Day Dressing of the Wells and direct access to local footpaths including the Wysis Way with magnificent views, and close to the Cotswold Way.

A perfect retreat with comfortable beds, original artwork and classic furniture for cosy hours indoors, and a south west-facing courtyard garden perfect for warm summer nights.



The bungalow is a very short walk to the shop/post office and two highly-rated pubs with restaurants. On the outskirts of the village are a farm shop and a garage, with the nearby market town of Stroud having supermarkets, artisan cafés and boutiques, a hospital and direct railway links to London Paddington, Heathrow via Reading, the West Country and elsewhere.

The property is easily accessible from the M4 and M5 and within easy reach are Regency Cheltenham and Racecourse, Gloucester Cathedral and its historic docks, Roman Cirencester, Slimbridge Wetland Centre, Bath and Bristol plus well-known Cotswold venues such as Bibury, Burford, Castle Combe, Tetbury, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum, Sudely Castle and Giffords Circus
