The spacious ground floor has a large comfortable sofa and armchair, dining area, and a Smart TV suitable for streaming - no terrestrial channels. There is well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as shower room that is perfect for refreshing yourself after a long walk along the Cotswold Way. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor is the bedroom with a super-comfortable kingsize double bed. Outside is a terraced area with a garden table and chairs where you can relax on sunny days. The garden is enclosed and hopefully will keep any canine companions from exploring the area without you!
The property, which is within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a perfect base for walkers.

It has direct access across the owners’ farm to the Cotswold Way and an extensive network of local footpaths. You can enjoy stunning views of the Cotswold hills and Severn Vale from nearby Long Down, Cam Peak and Downham Hill.
A few minutes’ walk away is Dursley town centre with its charming colonnaded 18th century market house and the 13th century parish church of St. James the Great. There is a supermarket and a range of local shops, restaurants, cafés, and pubs, including an award-winning inn. The Pulse Fitness centre has a swimming pool and well-equipped gym.
