Bedroom 1: With bunk bed and door to garden.
Separate toilet. . First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 3: With double bed and single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. The maximum occupancy for bedroom 3 is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old, or 2 adults.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for open fire included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Enclosed lawned courtyard with sitting-out area, garden furniture and Charcoal BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.

This attractive, limestone, detached barn conversion is set in the heart of the small, picturesque, Peak District hamlet of Foolow.
