This wonderful cottage is perfect for families and friends looking to explore the delights of Worcestershire. Tansey Cottage is spacious and kitted out to a wonderful standard. On the ground floor you will find a double aspect living room. On one side you have a cosy seating area with feature wood burner and Smart TV for the ultimate movie marathon nights, and on the other is a formal seating area, which is a great space to whip out the board games or get competitive with a game of charades. Guests are treated to a top of the range kitchen which features all the mod-cons you will need to whirl up a culinary masterpiece. The kitchen has a social aspect with an open-plan dining area so you can chat and plan your next day’s adventures with your nearest and dearest. The kitchen looks onto a sun room with views beyond of the pretty country garden.

On the first floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, with the master having a en-suite shower room.

Within this pretty village location you are in good company, as just at the end of this idyllic lane is Hartlebury Castle and grounds, for where it has sat impressively for over 1000 years. You can meander the ground in the footsteps of royalty along Queen Elizabeth Walk. The green fingered explorer will enjoy marvelling at the 270-year-old mulberry tree.

Beyond your wonderful abode and a little further afield, you will find plenty to explore and some wonderful attractions to visit. Bring your bikes and walking boots and head to the Malvern Hills, waterways and off-the-grid tracks. Explore the manyvillages around Worcestershire, all with their own individual and unique charm, and independent shops.

Towards Kidderminster, guests can explore the Black Country Museum, Witley Court, West Midlands Safari Park, Wyre Forest and Go Ape tree top adventure park. Alternatively head to Bridgnorth, where the whole family can enjoy the Severn Valley Railway, Rays Farm, Daniels Mill, The Cliff Railway, Ironbridge Gorge and plenty of museums.

Other attractions to explore include Mortimer Forest, Ludlow Castle, Stokesay Castle, Clee Hills, Acton Scott Working Farm and the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. Ludlow also holds a variety of festivals throughout the year. Hartlebury is situated approximately 5 miles south of Kidderminster and 8 miles north of Worcester, and just off the A44
