Cheviot View is a charming terraced cottage over two floors. On the ground floor the bright and airyliving room is ideal all year round with a multi-fuel burner for chilly evenings and French doors opening to the sunny south facing patio and garden for those other warmer, sunny days.
The spacious well-equipped kitchen/dining room is ideal for families having the typical ‘light hearted family debates’ over meals or that essential game of monopoly that we all secretly love. All the appliances in the well-appointed kitchen are those you’d expect in a property of such standards, including a washing machine for those muddy clothes or rinsing out sailing gear. The recently added downstairs toilet provides additional convenience.
Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable and well presented bedrooms. One has a double bed with stunning views of the hills, one with twin beds and one single. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a suite with over bath shower. Outside, the gardens include a sunny south facing garden which is ideal for children or just enjoying the pleasant atmosphere, and another garden to the rear, looking to the Borders. This an ideal spot to enjoy watching the sunset to the west. Beach 3 miles. Shop and pub 1 mile and further village facilities (local deli and two pubs) 2 mile
