Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With roll-top slipper bath, double walk-in shower and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.

Large enclosed walled garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.

Heron House, a great three bedroom family house is located here in Berwick upon Tweed, just yards form the sea. The local beaches in both Berwick and nearby Spittal are some of the best in the area, and the property enjoys a convenient location for accessing the facilities within Berwick town centre, in addition to the attractions up and down the Berwickshire Coast.
The property provides accommodation over two floors. On the ground level there is a nice living room with fire and a generous dining room and kitchen.

Refitted in 2020 to high modern standards the kitchen provides everything needed to base yourself as a family in Heron House and there re some nice touches too. The dining area is great, ideal for a family. On the upper floor you will find all three bedrooms. Sleeping 6 comfortably the bedrooms vary in size slightly although all are well proportioned and the bedrooms to the front enjoy a stunning sea view.

The bathroom completes the accommodation with a four piece suite including an elevated shower.
The property is exceptionally well located to enjoy the surrounding facilities throughout Northumbria and South Scotland. Berwick Rail Station and the A1 are both easily accessible and are within 2 miles of the property. Beach ½ mile. SHop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
