This semi-detached cottage features original beams and exposed stonework throughout. Upon entering Broats Barn there is a lovely living room leading through to a warm and welcoming kitchen complimented by the Aga, the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

Perfectly located within this small village, Broats Barn is the ideal location for exploring County Durham and surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers and cyclists there are plenty of walking routes and cycle ways that pass through the village into some of the most stunning countryside. Return from a day’s exploration and enjoy a well-earned drink in the village pub!
