An alluring Grade II listed stable conversion dating back to the 18th century perfectly situated within the picturesque grounds of Longhoughton Hall, a short stroll away from the idyllic shores of Sugar Sands!. Ground Floor:

Built from the local, golden Northumbrian stone this pretty abode showcases the original roof timbers. Large windows in the lounge area, replacing the original stable entrance gates for farm horses in the past, create a light and airy living space with a log burner ensuring cosy evenings. Two beautifully presented bedrooms await then a waken refreshed and choose from one of two immaculately finished bathrooms before beginning your day. Longhoughton is a pretty, little coastal village, just 4 miles east of the famous, historic market town
of Alnwick which offers a wide array of amenities including a cinema/playhouse, restaurants, independent

Home to the Duke of Northumberland and film location for
Harry Potter’s Hogwarts, Alnwick Castle is a popular visitor attraction and only a gentle stroll from
the town centre. Don’t forget to visit the Alnwick Gardens; a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden,

nearby, golfers are spoilt for choice. Walkers can enjoy St Oswald’s Coastal path and the more demanding
