All three cottages have been finished to a good standard and offer light, spacious and airy accommodation and a baby bath and steriliser are available on request. All on one level and ideal for the less mobile guests, you will find an open plan living room and kitchen area with wooden floors, underfloor heating and French doors leading out to a fenced patio area. The views from each property are super and look out across open fields and countryside. Perfect for couples wanting to enjoy a romantic break, families wanting to get together, or friends looking to enjoy a reunion or celebration. For those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are numerous established public footpaths and walks that lead from the grounds and out into the nearby villages, including the old mining villages and communities of Shotton, Peterlee, Easington and Blackhall Colliery.
