Glenmore Cottage is a traditional stone built terraced Lakeland cottage built over 100 years ago, ideally situated close to the centre of Ambleside within a short level walk of all the varied facilities the town has to offer and yet retaining a peaceful location for a relaxing holiday.

Numerous walks from the doorstep are available, whether it’s a short stroll to Rothay Park or Lake Windermere, or a more ambitious walk into the fells are all accessible without the need of a car.

Glenmore Cottage offers superb, comfortable accommodation for up to four guests with many modern facilities in a traditional setting. There is private, off road, parking at the rear of the property for two cars, a small enclosed front garden and two excellent games rooms in the basement with table tennis, darts and junior snooker.
