The contemporary, large living room has plenty of comfy seating for everyone, and by opening up the French doors, you gain extra space for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee in the private and enclosed garden area. A large open plan kitchen with chic dining area is perfect for entertaining, and if the younger members want their own space, there is a hideaway for them too! Every bedroom is beautifully presented, one with en-suite, as well as an additional family bathroom.
Step outside, and just a short stroll you are in the heart of Ambleside, with an abundance of shops, cafés and eateries, walks for all abilities can be found on hand or just a short drive away, and the Lakes Cruise terminal is just a 10-minute walk away at Waterhead.
Further afield and just a short drive or bus ride, and you have Grasmere, Bowness or Rydal, a perfect base for exploring the Central Lake District. Beach 19½ miles. Shop and restaurant 250 yards, pub 200 yards.
