Bowness has much to offer guests of all ages including a host of interesting shops, restaurants, public houses, wonderful walking and water borne activities by the shores of Lake Windermere, Ellie’s View sits in a slightly elevated position with good access to some fine country walks, particularly suitable for those with dogs. The apartment is just a short stroll from the town centre and offers flexible accommodation for two couples or the smaller family and their pet.

Ellie’s View is well presented in a traditional style, with an open plan living space with cosy leather seating, a cast iron feature fireplaces one in the open plan living space and one in one of the bedrooms. Two good bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the master bedroom, giving extra flexibility for your party. Glimpses of Lake Windermere can be had from the living area and front bedrooms in the winter months, across the rooftops of traditional slate roof buildings.

Wi-Fi access is available which will suit those social networkers among you and the owners have provided a good selection of local guide books and maps to help you plan your activities for the week.
