Oil central heating £35 per week, £25 per short break. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Private patio with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared use of owner’s lawned garden and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. Bike store. No smoking.

This detached, cosy holiday property is located in a lovely rural part of Cheshire, with a wonderful private patio looking out over the fields. In the grounds of the owners’ small farm, it provides an ideal base for walkers being close to the Sandstone Trail and Eddisbury Way and there being a number of footpaths locally. The village of Kelsall is a short distance away and the delightful leafy Delamere Forest Park is a short drive. This property also makes a great base for exploring the historic city of Chester with its cathedral, city walls, unique shopping Rows and lively nightlife. Shop 1. 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Please note if you are bringing an electric car, you may charge it up fully at a cost of £10 per charge, payable directly to the owner.
