Entering the property from the wraparound decking you will find a cosy living room with plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a huge 75" TV and a modern wood burner, this room is the heart of the lodge and perfect for a movie night or place to rest of your feet after a day exploring! This room really sets the scene for a family night in or a place to rest and plan your days’ activities.

Through to the next room you will find a double bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a double and single bed. Then on to a good-sized kitchen where there is plenty of space to prepare those home cooked meals. There is also a modern and spacious bathroom benefitting from a walk-in shower, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. The master bedroom consists of a modern double bed with TV at the bottom and two bedside tables.
Outside to the front of the lodge you will find a spacious enclosed decked area, a hot tub and enough parking space for two cars. Stunning scenery overlooking Pendle hill and fields oflivestock.
