This luxury and contemporary lodge is situated a short stroll from the shores of Coniston Water and Lake Bank Jetty. Set in a tranquil location with fantastic views to the Old Man of Coniston and neighbouring fells from the lounge, decking and private hot tub, it is an ideal base for walking, cycling, boating and other leisure activities and Lake District attractions, or just for relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. The lodge enjoys an elevated and private position as part of a small lodge development at Crake Valley Park, a woodland setting that holds a David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. A short hike from the doorstep can take in Blawith Common, Beacon Tarn and Beacon Fell, with stunning views over Coniston Water. A wood burner makes this an ideal location for all seasons.

Ground Floor: This property has three steps to the entrance, is all on the ground floor, has gas central heating and comprises:Lounge: Large with wood burner, 37" Freeview TV and patio doors. Dining room. Kitchen: With breakfast bar, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With king size bed and en-suite with walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With twin beds. Bathroom: With bath, shower, WC and heated towel rail.

All gas, electric, bed linen and towels included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Wi-Fi.
