The ground floor is entered via a large hall, immediately you see the beautiful oak doors and staircase.
Living Room: With a view over the garden. Ample seating, wood burner and TV.
Dining room: Is furnished with a magnificent mahogany table with chairs to seat 10. There are other antique pieces and a bookcase containing all your holiday reading. Double doors lead to the conservatory.
An archway leads into the kitchen.
Conservatory: Overlooks a wooded bank area. It contains chairs, a settee and you can watch the squirrels and badgers at play.
Kitchen: contains every utensil and dish that you might need for your cooking, together with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Four of you can enjoy sitting eating at the table near the doors leading to the patio.
Crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided in abundance.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, fitted wardrobe and overlooks the garden.

Relax in the conservatory whilst watching red squirrels, a variety of birds, Aira Beck flowing by and the fells beyond. the living room is a lovely bright sunny room overlooking the beck, with ample comfortable seating. A wood burner entices you to spend evening sin front of it whatever the weather!
