This detached property has a fabulous, long living room with a huge picture window overlooking the lake. Its wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating makes it the perfect central point for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your stay. The house is spacious with large, bright and airy rooms, two main living rooms, a dining area and a table tennis table to keep your family entertained during their stay.

For those who enjoy walking, you do not need to drive anywhere as there are many fabulous walks from the door with stunning views, including the nearby Grasmere and Rydal Water circuit. Furthermore the most well-known ‘Central Fells’ are just a short drive away.
Traditional events such as the rushbearing ceremony and Grasmere Sports and Show still take place during the summer months.
